
Stress
Even when you have plenty of time to get things done, stress can make it feel like you don’t. Your thoughts are too focused on the things that is stressing you out or you just let the goal feel too heavy. Most of the time, our brain is creating this situation – it’s never as bad as it seems! The best way to combat this type of overwhelm is to create a list – maybe it’s a list of priorities or maybe it’s a list of tasks and actions that need to be checked off. Whatever helps – seeing it out on paper and maybe being able to delegate some of it takes the stress away.
