Our brains are designed to keep us safe. That often means catastrophizing. Sometimes it means arguing with reality. It is easy to fall into overwhelm and stress!
But You don’t have to live that way. I help women who struggle with negative self talk, anxiety and depression, feelings of overwhelm or feeling “stuck.” I show you how to examine and change your thoughts so you can live your life in freedom! You can’t change your circumstances, and you can’t change the people around you. You CAN change the way you think about them and that can make all the difference.
The truth is that you can live the life you want no matter your circumstances. It’s still your life – but you see it and live it differently.
The Basics
I lived most of my adult life with anxiety until my health completely crashed. I came out of the hospital on medications and needing therapy and thinking this was just going to be my life from now on. But then I discovered a life coach. Slowly I started working on my thoughts, healing different areas of my life one by one, getting myself off the meds, and actually feeling hopeful again – all with the help and support of a coach and community. The natural next step was to get certified in these techniques. I wanted to learn so that I could keep myself healthy but, in the process, I found that I wanted to help other women who are suffering just like I was. And maybe that’s you.
