Life Coaching Services
Life coaching is about transformation. As your life coach, I act as a neutral third party who listens and guides you in processing your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will uncover those sneaky thoughts that can lead to negative emotions, hinder your decision-making, or create rifts in your meaningful relationships.
My approach isn’t about placing blame or delving into your past unless it naturally comes up in conversation. Instead, I offer a safe and supportive space for you to explore your feelings and their origins because actual change begins with understanding your thoughts. Experience the power of life coaching with me and start your journey to a transformed life today.
What Do You Gain from Life Coaching?
It’s important to clarify that I do not coach on “action.” You already know what is best for you; deep down, you know what God calls you to do. However, your brain often seeks to keep you safe by generating thoughts that keep you stuck. This isn’t a flaw—you are not broken. The key is recognizing these thoughts; you may remain trapped without that awareness. While I won’t dictate what you should do, I can guide you in discovering what you truly want.

Doing the Work
As part of our life coaching process, I assign “homework,” which essentially involves a journaling practice. You have the flexibility to decide how much time you want to dedicate to this homework and share your insights during our sessions. We can meet weekly (or as often as needed), during which I will help you identify the thoughts contributing to feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, resentment, or stagnation. Sessions can be conducted in person or online, depending on what works best for you.

Are We Right for Each Other?
The decision is mutual. My areas of personal experience and focus include generalized anxiety and depression, family addictions, major life transitions, like empty nesting and retirement, challenging relationships, and motherhood in all its stages. We will start with a free consultation to discuss what’s on your mind and the coaching program. If I feel I can’t provide the help you need, I may know another coach who can assist you.
Feel free to reach out with any questions.
